We strive to provide ongoing education to customers about services, products, and changes in the beauty industry i.e. styles, trends, colors, and cuts. Established to provide the general public the highest level of integrity in today’s hair care industry, we give our clients a better understanding of their own personal hair care needs.

Our responsibility to our customers is to maintain a good reputation of quality services in our salon. We are committed to performing exceptional services while also providing our customers with great hair care support. Finally, we create a place of comfort where your hair care needs can be fulfilled.
Philosophy
Please be aware that last minute cancellations and no-shows are costly to the salon. Call, email or text at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within that 24 hours period will incur a $25 fee. "No Show’s” will be charged $50.
Policies and Procedures
Deposit
Cell Phones use is prohibited at shampoo bowl. Please try to make prior preparation for your children before your appointment. It's for a safety caution and to void any unnecessary injuries. Food and drinks are allowed, but please consume these items while in the waiting area or dryer chairs. We ask that you be courteous to the other stylists and their clients.
General
A $75 deposit will be required when scheduling hair extensions. Bridal parties and group services will require a 50% deposit of the total service.
